Being the best in your field isn’t good enough. You need to get attention, communicate your value, and deliver a unique customer experience.
Identify the problem you solve and why your customer’s life will be made better. You can’t do that by selling “Quality”, “Price”, or “Service”. These aren’t meaningful differentiators.
Find or create meaningful differentiators. What will make people choose you over your competitors? Why do I NEED you? What do you provide that your competitors don’t? Hint, the answer is always emotion based.
